Bought NTFS the other day, got email for free upgrade to 14, no license?

I got an email saying I had a free upgrade to v14 of the NTFS driver for OSX.
I went and logged in, downloaded and installed - rebooted...

Now - no license? My serial number doesn't work, either.

What the heck?
