What's this about?

Got notice of NTFS 14 for Mac and I purchased an upgrade but got message that my license wasn't available and I don't see where I can download the software. What's this all about? See attached screen image.

I did receive a purchase confirmation email. But it also said nothing about how to download or get my license key.
