Paragon NTFS 11 reliability

Hi everybody, my first post here

I am a newbie in MAC world, mid level pro on windows platform.
I am looking for cross platform NTFS full access for my Windows 7 NTFS partition into MAC
After spending days on net search I got following solutions

Open Source solutions:
1) ntfs-3g-2010.10.2-macosx.dmg ( needs OSXFUSE.dmg)
Issue:
Works in 32bit kernel, may not be reliable on Mavericks, very slow performance
