My NTFS for mac is not working, drives don't mount?

Hi, I just bought Paragon NTFS for MAC, I'm Running OSX Mavericks 10.9.2 and the drives don't mount.
The NTFS drive shows up in the disk utilites but reads unmountable?

Please help!
