Paragon NTFS for Mac v11.2.443 breaks WiFi on OS X 10.9.3 even after uninstalling

I recently bought a new MacBook Air to replace my early 2008 MacBook running OS X 10.7. I installed Paragon NTFS and immediately ran into problems. Whenever attached a USB device and began transferring data the WiFi would stop working, even if the drive that I had attached wasn't formatted to NTFS.
